Unfortunately, we currently ONLY deliver within EU, also Switzerland and Liechtenstein. But we are working to be able to deliver to rest of the World soon.

The list of the countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain

-Within Germany delivery charge per order is 4.99 € -Within Switzerland delivery charge per order is 8.99 €
-To all the other address in EU, the delivery charge is 15.99 €

– ONLY within Germany for purchases over EUR 75.00, the delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are done with DHL to the all the countries which are member of the EU ( except for Switzerland) . Deliveries are done with post service for Switzerland.

As soon as the goods have been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number from us by email. You can follow the status of your order using the link provided there.

In our online shop you have the following payment methods:
1. Paypal: You can pay with your Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can also pay with your credit / debit card. 2. Bank Transfer : You can pay via Wise and transfer the money in advance.

Gift wrap is currently unavailable.

An ordered article does not fit or do you not like it? No problem! Return your items within 14 days and easily get your money back. For a return, we have included a return form in the package . Please fill out the return form and and send it back along with the returned items. Please note that, the return of the goods is at your responsibility and expense.

Please make sure that you return the goods properly. Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted for return. The articles must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad smelling products cannot be returned. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

A piece of clothing is valuable and uses up resources in our environment, so treat it with care so that the next customer can look forward to it.

The refund depends on the payment method you have chosen.
With the payment methods PayPal, credit card, debit card, we will transfer the amount to be refunded back to the account with which you paid.
With the payment method Wise, we make the refund to your bank account.

As soon as we have received and examined the return, we will refund you the amount, depending on the payment method selected.
Please understand that the refund may take a few days.

If you have purchased an item in the wrong size or an ordered article does not fit or do you not like it; No problem!
Our normal return policy applies. You can return your item properly and within 14 days and get your money back. Please don’t forget to fill in and send the Return form, which followed the original shipment.

Unfortunately, an exchange of goods is not possible. But, you can kindly place a new order!

Should it ever happen that you have received a damaged item, we sincerely apologize. We thoroughly inspect the goods before shipping, but something can always be overlooked. Please tick the appropriate reason on the Return form and tell us the
error. You can also leave us a message if you want the item replaced or if you prefer a refund. As soon as we have received your return, we will take care of the processing.

We only use 100% certified organic cotton for OrganicEra materials. We also attach great importance to fair and sustainable production when it comes to the materials for accessories, prints and buttons. We ensure our claim to fairness and sustainability with our GOTS certificate.

OrganicEra items are all made in GOTS certified factories in Turkey which adhere to fair labour practices. Not everyone can be expected to buy organic products all the time, but we hope that when people have the choice, they will think about the positive benefits to the environment, to the farmers and their families, that organic farming can bring.

At OrganicEra, we don’t want to grow huge, we just want to do what we love doing, working with people we like, in a way that has a positive impact wherever possible.

OrganicEra is owned a women entrepreneur , Nur Begen, producing GOTS certified textiles for more then 15 years, making OrganicEra of the pioneers of the eco-fashion movement in Turkey. The journey started as a sourcing agency to serve her customers who would like to source organic certified textile items from Turkey and in 2008 OrganicEra launched the first organic certified home textile collection and toys in Turkey. OrganicEra has increased its product range and currently it remains as one organic textiles brands in Turkey which offers the largest product variety to its customers.

With our fair production, we make sure that the entire value chain – from cultivation to delivery – meets our high standards. In the beginning, this was a very time-consuming production, as there were so little suppliers who used certified cotton. It is now possible to buy textiles that have already been certified.
